LaterOn Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of LaterOn's services, including the LaterOn website (https://uselateron.com) and any related applications, features, content, or services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

1.1. You must register an account with LaterOn to access certain features of the Service. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any unauthorized access to your account.

1.3. You agree to promptly notify LaterOn if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Email Handling and Usage

2.1. LaterOn provides a hosted mailbox at an address we issue you, together with tools that act on the mail it receives. By using the Service, you authorize LaterOn to receive, store, and process email on your behalf at that address.

2.2. LaterOn may use artificial intelligence (AI), including but not limited to Anthropic technologies, to generate summaries, answer questions about your mail, and compose replies.

2.3. You understand and agree that LaterOn may access, analyze, and process the content of emails handled through the Service to provide the intended functionality.

3. Automated Workflows

3.1. A workflow is an instruction set you create that authorizes LaterOn to send email from your LaterOn address on your behalf, without asking you to approve each message, whenever the conditions you configured are met.

3.2. You are solely responsible for the content and consequences of any message sent by a workflow you created, to the same extent as if you had written and sent it yourself. This includes any commitment, representation, or obligation the message may create.

3.3. You are responsible for configuring each workflow's trigger, instructions, goal, and limits, and for reviewing the record of what it sent. LaterOn provides draft-only mode, per-conversation reply caps, and daily caps so that you can bound a workflow's behavior; using them is your responsibility.

3.4. You agree not to use workflows to send unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate another person, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law or by the terms of the networks the mail traverses.

3.5. AI-generated output can be wrong. LaterOn does not warrant that a workflow will correctly identify which messages to act on, that its replies will be accurate or appropriate, or that it will escalate every matter that warrants your attention.

4. Payment Gateway

4.1. LaterOn uses Polar and Gumroad for payments in USD and Xendit for payments in IDR. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways.

4.2. LaterOn does not store or process payment card information directly. All payment transactions are securely handled by Polar, Gumroad, or Xendit, and LaterOn does not have access to your payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Service may contain content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, that is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to LaterOn or its licensors.

5.2. You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content obtained from the Service unless expressly authorized by LaterOn.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
